URJA Holobot – Powering Public Interaction with AI Event: India International Trade Fair 2025 The Brief At IITF 2025, the Ministry of Power aimed to reimagine how government communication engages with the public. The goal was to simplify complex information around energy schemes, policies, and power usage while addressing everyday queries in an intuitive and accessible way. Our Approach We conceptualized and developed URJA Holobot. An AI-powered holographic assistant designed to make information delivery seamless and engaging. The experience was built around: Interactive holographic presence to attract and engage visitors AI-driven responses to handle both pre-fed and real-time FAQs Bilingual interaction in English and Hinglish for wider accessibility Tablet-based interface for smooth, user-friendly navigation The Experience Visitors could directly interact with the Holobot, ask questions, and receive instant, easy-to-understand responses. What is typically dense, policy-heavy information was transformed into a conversational and approachable format. The Impact URJA Holobot turned a traditional government booth into a futuristic, interactive touchpoint making power-related information simple, engaging, and accessible to a diverse audience. It not only enhanced visitor engagement but also set a new benchmark for how public sector communication can leverage technology.
